Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on your selected delivery interval. After each successful renewal, your products will be shipped directly to your doorstep—there is no need to place an order manually!

Can I Pause or Cancel a Subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime via the customer portal.

Some subscriptions may require a minimum number of payments before cancellation is allowed.

Absolutely. In the customer portal:

Click “Edit” on the product card.

Add, remove, or change items in your subscription as needed.
What Happens If a Payment Fails?
If we can’t process your payment:

You’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method.

Once updated, the system will retry the payment and resume deliveries.
