How Subscriptions Work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on your selected delivery interval. After each successful renewal, your products will be shipped directly to your doorstep—there is no need to place an order manually!

Example:
If you start a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged monthly, and you’ll receive your products hassle-free.

Can I Pause or Cancel a Subscription?

Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime via the customer portal.

Exceptions:
Some subscriptions may require a minimum number of payments before cancellation is allowed.

You can access the customer portal through:

  • When you placed your subscription order, the magic link was sent to your email.

  • Your account on our store (if you’ve created one).

How Can I Skip or Reschedule a Charge?

Easily skip or reschedule charges in the customer portal:

  • Click “Skip Payment” next to any upcoming delivery to skip that cycle.

  • Click “Reschedule” to select a different charge or delivery date.

Can I Add Products to My Subscription?

Absolutely. In the customer portal:

  • Click “Edit” on the product card.

  • Add, remove, or change items in your subscription as needed.

What Happens If a Payment Fails?

If we can’t process your payment:

  • You’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method.

  • Once updated, the system will retry the payment and resume deliveries.
