Refund Policy:

All Sales Are Final:
Due to regulatory and safety concerns surrounding hemp products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we are unable to issue refunds. Please review your cart, product descriptions, quantities, and shipping details thoroughly before completing your purchase.

Why No Refunds?:
Hemp-derived products cannot be resold or returned due to the risk of contamination and the specific handling required for these items. This ensures the quality, safety, and integrity of our products for all customers.

Exception – Unopened Products:
If you no longer want a product and it remains unopened, we may offer a one-time exception for return or exchange. Please contact our customer service team immediately for instructions. Note that the product must be unopened and in its original packaging for consideration.

Exception – Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require photo evidence of the issue. If the product is verified to be defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement for the same product or another resolution that suits you.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations During Processing:
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Cancellations are only allowed while the order is still processing. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer service team immediately. Please include your order number to expedite the cancellation process.

Cancellation Request Timeline:
Orders typically move to processing as soon as payment is completed. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order is in the shipping phase, cancellation is no longer possible.

No Cancellations After Shipping:
Once an order has been marked as shipped and leaves our facility, it is considered finalized. No further changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we make exceptions for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue. We will review the case and, if appropriate, offer a replacement for the same product.

Shipping Delays or Issues:

If your order has been marked as shipped and you experience delays or your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund orders in transit.
