Ghost Subscriptions Policy

Ghost Subscriptions is our recurring delivery program powered by Seal Subscriptions, designed to provide automatic product shipments at discounted subscription pricing. By enrolling in a Ghost Subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Billing: Ghost Subscriptions are billed automatically at the selected interval (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or otherwise specified) using the payment method on file. Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle prior to shipment.

All Subscription Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of recurring orders, promotional pricing, and regulatory restrictions, all subscription orders are final once processed. Subscription charges are non-refundable.

No Refunds for Forgotten Cancellations: Failure to cancel or modify a subscription before the next billing date does not qualify for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions prior to renewal.

Managing Your Subscription: Customers may manage their Ghost Subscriptions at any time by:

• Logging into their Ghost Vapors account
• Navigating to My Account → Subscriptions
• Updating, pausing, skipping, or canceling future orders before the next billing cycle

Subscription changes must be completed before the renewal cutoff time displayed in your account. Changes made after this time will apply to the following billing cycle.

Skipped or Paused Subscriptions: Skipping or pausing a subscription applies only to future billing cycles and does not affect orders already processed.

Subscription Pricing & Discounts: Subscription pricing reflects a discounted rate in exchange for recurring billing. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively, combined with one-time promotions, or transferred to non-subscription purchases.

Product Availability: If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, Ghost Vapors reserves the right to delay shipment, substitute with a comparable product, or cancel the subscription with notice.

Shipping & Fulfillment: Subscription orders follow the same shipping policies as standard orders. Once a subscription order enters processing or ships, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Payment Failures: If a subscription payment fails, the system may retry billing automatically. Repeated failures may result in subscription suspension or cancellation.

Compliance Notice: Certain Ghost Subscriptions may include hemp-derived products. By enrolling, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all products are legal in your jurisdiction at the time of each shipment.

Policy Updates: Ghost Vapors reserves the right to update or modify the Ghost Subscriptions policy at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
