🚨 Major Changes Coming to Tennessee’s Hemp Industry — What Ghost Vapors Customers need to know

⚖️ Tennessee’s New Hemp Law (Effective January 1, 2026)

Starting January 1, 2026, Tennessee will begin enforcing new hemp-related restrictions that will significantly change how hemp-derived products are sold within the state.

Here’s what’s included in the new law:
- ❌ THCa sales will be banned by Tennessee-based businesses.
- 🚫 Online hemp and cannabis sales originating in Tennessee will be prohibited.
- 📦 Local cannabis or hemp delivery services will no longer be legal statewide.
- 🏢 Licensing and oversight will move from the Department of Agriculture to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC).

These changes target businesses that sell or ship from within Tennessee.
They do not automatically make it illegal for you to receive hemp-derived products from companies based in other compliant states like Pennsylvania.

📦 Can Ghost Vapors Still Ship to Tennessee?

Yes — for now, we can.

Because Ghost Vapors operates from Pennsylvania, our business and fulfillment remain under federal hemp law, not Tennessee’s new in-state restrictions. That means:

✅ You can continue ordering from ghostvapors.com as usual.
✅ Your orders will continue to ship via USPS Mail, typically arriving in 1–3 days.
✅ All products remain federally compliant (≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis).

We’re closely watching how Tennessee enforces these rules, but based on the current wording of the law, out-of-state shipping into Tennessee is still allowed — as long as the sender (that’s us) is operating legally in another state.

If future legislation changes that, we’ll notify customers immediately.
