Ghost Vapors Is Going Dye-Free — And Raising the Bar HIGH!

At Ghost Vapors, we’re not just here to participate — we’re here to lead. That’s why we’ve committed to removing all artificial food dyes from select existing products and banning them from any future launches.

📦 Products under this initiative:
- Fruity Cereal Treats (SKU'S 20MG, 69MG, 500MG, 1000MG, 2000MG, 5000MG, 
- Ghost Rainbow Ropes (SKU'S 500MG & 30MG)
- Any additional SKU that currently uses artificial dyes (Under Investigation)

And as we prepare to launch BulkTHC.com, our upcoming wholesale platform, we’re setting the standard now:

No artificial dyes will be accepted or permitted — period.
Not including but not limited to: Red 40, Yellow 5, Blue 1, and all FD&C synthetic colors.

But it doesn’t stop there.

We’re also actively avoiding and phasing out other unwanted additives(by 2027), including:

• Titanium Dioxide (used as a whitening agent, now banned in the EU)
• High Fructose Corn Syrup
• BHA/BHT preservatives
• Artificial sweeteners such as aspartame
• Synthetic vanillin and other flavor enhancers

Our goal is simple: deliver safe, transparent, and effective hemp products you can trust — and to build a marketplace (BulkTHC.com) that does the same.

Timeline for Removing Artificial Dyes

⚠️ EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!
- NO NEW PRODUCTS launched by Ghost Vapors will contain any artificial dyes.
- ALL NEW vendors applying to sell on BulkTHC.com must agree to a no-dye policy.

 🚫 By October 15, 2026
Begin dye-free reformulations for:
- Fruity Cereal Treats
- Ghost Rainbow Ropes
- Any additional SKU that currently uses artificial dyes

🚫 By December 1, 2026
Stop all in-house production of dyed products.
Publish a formal "No Artificial Dyes" Product Policy across websites and packaging.

🛑 By January 1, 2027
Ban the sale of any products containing the following ingredients on BulkTHC.com (enforced for all 3rd-party vendors)
All ingredients with inventory must be phased out or marked as discontinued.

🛑 By January 1, 2027
Ban the sale of any products containing artificial dyes on BulkTHC.com (enforced for all 3rd-party vendors)
All dye-containing inventory must be phased out or marked as discontinued.

🧾 By May 15, 2027
Release a public ingredients transparency report that lists all reformulated SKUs and verifies compliance with dye-free standards.

🧾 By July 4th, 2027
Release a public customer satisfaction report listing all reformulated SKUs and verifying dye-free compliance, ingredients compliance, and customer satisfaction on all listed products. (Any Products with Low Ratings (1-2 stars will automatically be removed from our online marketplace.)

Dear Friends,

We’re excited to welcome you to BulkTHC.com — a platform dedicated to clean, compliant, and consumer-forward cannabinoid products.

As part of our commitment to quality and transparency, we are implementing a strict no artificial dye policy across all products listed or sold through our marketplace. This policy applies to all new and existing vendors, effective January 1, 2027.

🚫 Prohibited Ingredients By 2027

The following artificial colorants are not permitted in any form, including but not limited to:

- FD&C Red No. 40 (Allura Red)
- FD&C Yellow No. 5 (Tartrazine)
- FD&C Yellow No. 6
- FD&C Blue No. 1 & 2
- FD&C Green No. 3

Titanium Dioxide (when used as a whitening agent)
Any petroleum-derived synthetic dyes

✅ Acceptable Alternatives

Natural colorants, such as fruit and vegetable extracts, mineral-based coloring, and plant-based dyes (e.g., beetroot, turmeric, annatto), are acceptable, provided they are FDA-compliant for their intended use.

📦 Vendor Requirements

All suppliers must:
- Disclose any and all color additives used in their products.
- Certify that their products are free of the banned substances listed above.
- Update or reformulate existing products as necessary before submitting them for listing.

🚫 Failure to comply will result in the removal of products, account suspension, or permanent disqualification from the BulkTHC.com online THC marketplace.

This policy reflects not only where the industry is heading, but where it should be. Our customers demand clean, dye-free cannabinoid products, and together we can meet that demand with confidence and integrity.
