Ghost Vapors Return Policy

At Ghost Vapors, we are committed to delivering high-quality hemp-derived products. To ensure your safety and the integrity of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns. Please read the following carefully to understand our return process.

General Return Policy:

All Sales Are Final:
Due to the nature of hemp-derived products and for safety and regulatory reasons, all sales are final. Once your order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We encourage you to review your cart and the product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.

Return Exceptions:

We understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. We do make limited exceptions to our return policy:

  1. Unopened Products:
    If you no longer want a product and it is still unopened and in its original packaging, we may accept a return for a one-time exception. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns for unopened products must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Defective or Damaged Products:
    If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a return or exchange. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Once verified, we will offer a replacement product or another resolution as deemed appropriate.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization:
    Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note, returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

  3. Return Shipping:
    Once you have received the RMA number, carefully pack the product in its original, unused condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.

  4. Inspection & Resolution:
    Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition. If the return is accepted, we will either replace the item or issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened products

  • Products that have been used or altered in any way

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

Shipping Delays or Issues:

If you experience delays or issues with shipping, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that are in transit.
