Dear Ghost Vapors Community,

This will go into effect starting June 1st, 2024. Thank you for Understanding.

We’re reaching out to share an important update that underscores our unwavering commitment to compliance and consumer safety. As part of our ongoing efforts to align with regulatory standards and industry best practices, we’ve made the decision to remove products containing synthetically derived cannabinoids, specifically hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) and tetrahydrocannabinol-o-acetate (THC-O), from our product offerings.

This decision wasn’t made lightly. We understand the importance of transparency and integrity in everything we do, especially when it comes to the well-being of our valued customers. Therefore, we want to provide some context behind this move and reassure you of our continued dedication to providing legal, high-quality products.

In 2023, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) classified synthetic cannabinoids, including HHC and THC-O, as Schedule I controlled substances. This classification prohibits the sale of products containing these substances, as they do not occur naturally in the cannabis plant and are not compliant with legal hemp regulations. As a responsible retailer, it’s our duty to adhere to these regulations and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of legality and safety.

While we understand that this decision may disappoint some of our customers, we want to emphasize that it is made with your best interests in mind. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we believe that removing these products is essential to upholding our commitment to compliance and consumer protection.

We want to assure you that this update does not signal a departure from our core values or our dedication to providing premium products. We remain steadfast in our mission to offer a wide range of high-quality, legally compliant products that meet the diverse needs and preferences of our customers.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate these changes together. If you have any questions or concerns about this update, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We’re here to assist you in any way we can and look forward to continuing to serve you with excellence and integrity.

Thank you for being a valued member of the Ghost Vapors community.

Warm regards,

Administration
Ghost Vapors Management Team
