– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Ghost Vapors LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ghostvapors.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
– After approval, you will be provided with a return shipping address.
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within
7 business days.

1.3 Exchanges:
– We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

1.4 Shipping Costs:
– Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
