FAQ – Shipping

When do I receive Tracking Information?

You will receive Tracking information once we finalize your shipment, Once you receive an email confirmation (Up to 2 Business Days), That means your order has shipped and on the way! We provide a Tracking # in the Email sent as well!

Why has my order not shipped yet?

We occasionally receive High Volume and that can hold back some shipments. We usually ship orders within 24 Hours they are received. If you order hasn’t shipped after 2 Business Days, Please contact support@ghostvapors.com

What is the Estimated Shipping Time?

Orders typically take anywhere between 2-5 Days after Fulfillment to arrive at your doorstep. Express Shipping Guarantees 2 Days or Overnight (Depending On Location) to be delivered to your doorstep. Any shipping related issues contact support@ghostvapors.com
